The intro for the original I-War (Independence War) also deserves mention... 15 minutes of CGI, IIRC. Great stuff too.

can't really find it, and it's not really an intro but the part where you first enter butcher bay in chronicles of riddick, where the dude leads you to the delousing chamber.
