Shogo, followed by Kingpin.
Operation Flashpoint is good too, but that's more of a first-person sim. ;)

yep i'd have to go for Redneck Rampage as it's more a "classic shooter" as opposed to Shogo(even though shogo looks great)
btw.if the game blood and it's exp. packs ever come through it would win hands down imo

I can't say there is a better one for me, Redneck Rampage is as awesome as Shogo. Kingpin is also an excellent one...

the Redneck Rampage on here is the Reneck Rampage Collections, including Suckin' Grits on Route 66, and Rides Again: Arkansas
