sk8ing667: Thats too expensive. They have to pay me to take it. Worst. Game. Ever.

Fenixp: STALKER for 5 USD.
Half-life 1 for 1 USD

JonhMan: Were those Steam deals? I think I got Half Life 1 for $.99 as well.

Yes, Steam deals

Yeah, I got it for that price as well and then played it 'bout year, so .. It was a steal, truly :D
hmm... recently I got the Valkyria Chronicles for PS3 for $20... it was usually selling for ~$60 everywhere I saw it, found it in a bargain bin for some reason.
Myst 3: Exile Collector's edition brand new at Wal-Mart for $6.95 CDN. This is when it was fairly new in the stores, too.
Otherwise the Total Annihilation Commander Pack in a pawn shop for $5 was pretty decent.
Unreal Tournament for 1/2 price a week or so before it was supposed to be released. Some store clerk had messed up and put it on the shelf with the wrong price tag before it was supposed to be sold.
My friends didn't believe that I already had the game.
I can trump everyone so far with my £33 Xbox 360 XD
(£19-Box £2-VGA £5-Power £7-20gb HD)
It was a 'bricked' one which actually wasn't (I'll tell the full story if you like), so I collected the remaining parts from those dodgy market stalls which sell odd bits of hardware. It's been my -best- deal to date.
The same day I went and got a copy of Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 for £5 because the sales assistant in Game had placed the label on the second game rather than the first Vegas. Man, the manager was pissed when he served me, and went -straight- after the guy who did it afterwards.
I felt epic levels of win that day.
Haha nice one mate, gotta go shopping with you...
Boxed Grim Fandango and The Dig for 5 $.
Working SNES in good condition for 2$.
There were many other very good deals which I don't remember :<.
I got Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Messiah, and Sacrifice all for $3. The Fallouts and Messiah/Sacrifice were packaged together, and they were on sale for $1.50 each

Please do tell.

I found a big box of fallout 1 at a flea market for two dollars a couple months ago. I also found Omikron and Privateer 2 there and left with spending less then 10 bucks.

I was in my local EB when they were running a sale the other day and they had Fallout 1, it was au$15 and even with $5 off, it was more expensive thsan buying on GOG and you didn't get anything but a crappy manual on disc.
The ID superpack on Steam for $35.

Whiteblade999: The ID superpack on Steam for $35.

Yes. The ID superpack on Steam when it was 50% off and Steam was still operating in dollars (which were at an all-time low compared to the Norwegian currency at the time). Official USD price was $35, but "effectively" I payed only about $20 if you do a semi-dodgy value calculation;
Not too long before: 1 USD = ~9 NOK (normal exchange rate for years and years)
When purchased: 1 USD = ~5 NOK
Probably was a new copy of Planescape: Torment I got through Amazon a few years ago for around $12.
$5 for a Sega Saturn with Mega Man X4 at a garage sale.
Lots of good steam deals and $5 games from KB Toys clearance that i played for tons of time
