That would be lovely, even if it was just for a short visit.

I believe that you're correct. While the regional pricing announcement was handled poorly, I don't think he deserved to lose his job over it (if that is indeed what happened).

There is lots of writing and stuff going on, but nobody speaks to us, seems a little too quiet here now.

I was actually really surprised when I'd actually heard that TheEnigmaticT wasn't working at GOG anymore. If indeed CDP/GOG's upper management hired him over the backlash to the original regional pricing scheme that they adopted, then I'd say that's grossly unfair -- it certainly wasn't his fault that things turned out the way that they did.
I worked with TET once when I interviewed him for an article I did once for a website, and he was great to work with. He was a really friendly, approachable, and open guy who actually believed in what his company was doing, and had a passion for its core competency...what every PR guy should be for a company.
I really miss him! Bring him back, dammit!
PS: Someone needs to put this on the wishlist...

No, TET didn't deserve that; he put a very friendly, approachable face on the company and I think GOG needs that, particularly these days. You're right, there was no way to save that train wreck, but I think he became an easy scapegoat for what was pretty much a PR disaster. A shame since he was a nice guy.

JaqFrost: Well, what happened was that 'Good news!' post. I suspect he was asked to leave since he was the public relations/ media person and it would have been his department to get the unwashed masses excited about regional pricing on GOG.

If you want to see what Trevor is up to, have a look at his Twitter account:
https://twitter.com/designerTrevor
Or his facebook profile (it's public, I think):
https://www.facebook.com/trevor.longino
His blog seems to be down (why?)
http://www.crowdtamers.com/
but I remember a post there called "Marketing Maestro for Hire" which was about him leaving GOG.
And of course the tribute video about his time at GOG:

Trevor was a bit unlucky with this one announcement overdoing the PR a bit there but he was a good, easy to remember, face of GOG. GOG does well also without him but the other team members of GOG interacting with the community never reached such popularity and personality so far. This thread proves it. Maybe the current GOG team even don't want another EnigmaticT personality. I don't know if I want him back, but I wish him well whatever he does now.

Enough with this idea that he was fired because of "the announcement."
I see the words "suspect" and "believe".
Let's not turn suspicion into facts. Nobody knows why he left, and it isn't out business to know.
I do miss the hell out him, though. Hope he's doing well.

In the early videos he kind of reminds me of David Tennant. Very likeable.

Voted.
I wouldn't mind if, instead of a new release we'll get a "NEWS: TET is back!" message.

He answered to this thread on Twitter:
"I see TheEnigmaticT is missed around the GOG fora. No worries, guys. I miss you to, but it was time for me to go."
And another one:
"Because I see some speculation, I wasn't let go due to regional pricing announcement. We split amicably for a variety of reasons."

Edit: Or read his own statement above apparently xD
