cant wait for this one
So this means that there are two "Face kick" games in other bundles. Greed in Gala and Sol Survivor in this.

The Baconing is the main selling point in this one for me. I already have Sol Survivor (rather nice tower defense game, though Defense Grid it aint) and Killing Floor. I can't quite make up my mind in regards to if I am actually interested in Madballs. Is that game not based on an old 80's toy?

Yes, and it is actually a quite decent shooter. The different balls have different strengths, but there is really not much choice, it is straight forward, leave your brains at the gate and blast anything that moves, but here is also a little bit of exploring to be done to achieve 100%. It is not long, but not really short either. I runs smoothly, and the controls are quite nice. (wasd to move, mouse to fire). I was pleasantly surprised by it, but did not expect much from it going in.

You can try the demo here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/25700/ , if I remember correctly it gives you the training level and the first mission.

Man.I wonder whats taking this bundle so long to come out?
Bemine2 is up for preorder
http://groupees.com/bemine2

4$ minimum
Wait... The minimum is $4 and you must donate $10 to get Killing Floor?

Is this going to be limited to the pre-orders? I already have Killing Floor, but I wanted to get one with it for my girlfriend, but at $10, I'd rather get the basic bundle and wait for a sale on KF.
Got all of them already :[
Some good news:
Sol Survivor and Beat Hazard will have separate downloads.
Now if only that were true for Baconing and Madballs
Madballs use steampowered multiplayer system as I recall, so it's not possible.

ps. madballs are pretty much dead also.
Personally I like Plain Sight. The servers are dead and only pick up if there is a sale on it. Given that you spend a lot of time in the air with very little movement control, there is much more strategy involved in this game than a typical shooter. Unfortunately at this point, it is play with friends/family or not at all.

Madballs is also pretty good and can be played alone to unlock everything (iirc). The various weapons have a larger impact when playing co-op since they complement each other in different ways. Overall, a pretty good game.

Sol Survivor is also a decent game but I haven't played if very much. I preferred Defense Grid.

Beat Hazard is the best of the 4 games I already have out of this pack. Different music has a dramatic effect on the game play. A very fun game in itself and it is also fun to try out different music to see what the levels look like with each song.

These 4 games are all older but worth playing.

I don't have and have never played either Killing Floor or The Baconing.

Leroux: Good to know, thanks. In that case I can safely cross Be Mine off the list of indie bundles to look out for. I wasn't very happy about their requirement for creating an account and logging in each time I want to access my download page anyway (so far it's the only indie bundle I've seen with such a requirement). Besides, so far I haven't touched a single game of the first bundle ...
Yeah, I'm out too.

Doesn't the 'steam only' thing seem like a massive step backwards?

Still 4 out of 6 is the bad foot forwards.

As a multiplayer game, mainly. I found the SP campaign fun though.

Me three. I'm actually the person responsible for the first bundle not just being Steam keys... I commented on their trailer on youtube asking if any of them would also be available as DRM-free direct downloads and they said they'd see what they could do.

Since they managed to get a few of the games DRM-free at such short notice I felt obliged to buy the bundle because they were so accommodating. They said they'd try and have more DRM-free for the next bundle but it doesn't look like they tried very hard... so I'm out. This is as good a place as any to try and wean myself off buying nearly every high profile bundle. :P

LMAO, yeah we all have to 'be there' for each other in times of great temptation, like an AA meeting. :D
Still mulling over this one. Only $4. And bundle seems better than the last one (i still havent forgiven them giving me what basically amounted to a year trial with that damn so called bonus Aquarium pos). Already have Beat Hazard - awesome. I'd get it forBaconing,Madballs & Sol Survivor (saves me coughing up for that other bundle).
