I have to say the trailer tickled me in ways CG images really shouldn't, at least not CG images of guys beating the shit out of each other and being tortured...

This game is going to make the same insane sales records that The Dark Knight did. A million chattering teeth says I'm right.

EDIT: Also, Mark Hamill has played Luke Skywalker, Wolverine, and the Joker. Mark Hamill is the most badass actor ever.

I was hoping we'd see more of what the new gameplay features could be. Seems like the grappling mechanic will be more aggressive, other than that, I didn't feel that the trailer expressed anything exciting gameplay wise.

That being said, yes, Hugo Strange will be an awesome antagonist.

I hope it's open world in that I can explore the place but I hope they do it in a way it's not like an IP-based Prototype.

Oh I guess there goes my "not buy any games". This year had 3 quite interesting games: Alan Wake (Which lacks replayability), RDR (Which is a bit much like GTAIV) and Blur (Which is just a racer in the end)

But next year:
- Arkham City
- Mass Effect 3
- TESV: Skyrim
Now that's goddamn! All can be masterpieces

Man, none of these VGA trailers showed real gameplay. It's like games are ashamed to be games, they just want to be movies.
