We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Did you try redownloading, reinstalling, or skipping the integrity check? For some reason the integrity check kept corrupting some of my games' files.

smittan: DirectDraw Error (16385)

DDERR_UNSUPPORTED

File 'C:\Dev\Heroes 3 Exp\Game\WINGRAPH.CPP'
Line: 164
--------------------
It's a pretty typical error message for outdated videodrivers. Try updating them.

I can confirm that GOG HOMM3 works perfectly in Win7.

Same here. Home edition, if anyone cares.
Found the solution... 3 years of trying, and after just writing in this forum gave me some new ideas...

I had to manually set my screen to 800x600 before running the game. So simple... dough!

Thx for all replies!

Sounds a little peculiar but ok :) glad it works and I hope you enjoy it (again.)
Good to hear it's working now. Beside this you can give Homm3 HD a try. It's a little program which fixes graphic problems and gives you more advanced graphic settings, especially for newer systems.

For the record, I run at 1680x1050. No problems whatsoever.
