did you see him in Tropic Thunder?
Tom Cruise can play someone else successfully, I don't agree with whatever religious views he has, or anything at all really, but he has a better voice than Nick. And to be honest, Nick was terrible..
But you're right, I over exaggerated, I think Keanu Reeves would have just as terrible for the job as Nick Cage.

Actually they had the right man for the job they just mis-cast him. Bill Nighy should have had Cage's role.

Looks entertaining, but really, best movie of the year? I think you're giving it a bit too much credit. Unless you mean the best you've seen and you haven't seen much at all?

Yeah, Bill Nighy would have been perfect in that role, instead he played the bad guy, which really confused me.

Saw it here in HK, was really good and I enjoyed it. Wouldn't go as far to say the best movie of 2009, but it's up there.
