Omerta is a rule or code that prohibits speaking or divulging information about the activities of a criminal organization. However, since you--GOG gamers--are practically members of the family, our friends from Kalypso have decided to disclose some of the information about the upcoming gangster-sim set in 1920s Atlantic City. Mind you, they cannot reveal everything and their time is limited, but if you are wondering what the heck [url=http://www.gog.com/gamecard/omerta_city_of_gangsters]Omerta - City of Gangsters is all about, or want to know more about the secrets of Kalypso Media Digital, just shoot (ha ha ha).

We will select the ten best answers from the comments below and send them to the developers of Omerta - City of Gangsters. In addition to that, one of the commenters below (selected randomly) will receive a free copy of Omerta.
Omerta seemed like a really interesting game, but what I would like to know is how original things you invented to the game. Why I should be interested about this game?

Okey, after you have made me interested about your game. How do you make it more interesting to replay it or is important for you that games in general have replayability?

The combination of RTS and turn based combat sounds very interesting, almost like the opposite of a total war game.
What games did you draw inspiration from? If any.
Will there be any DLC for this game in the future?
I cannot watch the video about Omerta here on GOG, it says "This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds." - WHY?
From screenshots it's obvious you'll lead a hero or a team. But the question is are their skills predefined or you can specialize your hero or team members in some areas, for example make one great with guns and another great with fists. Also is the team/hero inventory fixed or you can affect it's contents with your actions?
Which games inspired you to create Omerta? Are they turn-based strategies like Heroes of Might and Magic, or rather some sadly overlooked turn-based RPGs such as Silent Storm, Hammer & Sickle? Furthermore, did classic RPGs like Fallout and Baldur's Gate provide you with a source of tested and proven game mechanics?
With the mafia genre so widely used in entertainment, what steps have you taken to guarantee a fresh,
unclichéd, completely original story?
Why did you go with each character having their own turn in combat?
In games like X-Com I often switch between units and move those first that is farthest away. That way you'll be able to "recon" the area before moving the closer units into that area.
Looks like you can't do that (Less freedom) in Omerta and you're forced to move whatever unit the game decides is going first.
This isn't a question but a statement:
If you answer every question with something like "I ain't tellin'!" or "My lips are sealed!", I'll totally buy your game. :p

lol +1 for sheer fun
Does the tactical combat track individual bullets like Silent Storm?

I ask because there's a video where you see a guy spraying a machine gun and all you see are damage numbers over everyone in the area of effect.
