Genuinely, is this a game that fans of tactical strategy games will enjoy, or is it very heavily streamlined, and aimed at as broad an audience as possible? Not that they are necessarily mutually exclusive..

Is there a feature you wanted to add to the game that you weren't able to (because of time and/or money and/or technical restrictions) but feel the game would have greatly benefitted from it?

A feature you hadn't planned at first, that once it was added really improved the game?

How important will combat be? Will there be any way to play as a "pacifist gangster"?

Will "diplomacy" play a role in the game? Would you be willing to talk about how will it be?

The greatest strength of the game and its greatest weakness (in the developer's opinion, of course).
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems that, thanks to portable devices like smartphones oe tablets, there is little renaissance of turn-based games. Developing such a game, how big is the guideline from the publisher or maybe the developers own wanting in development to keep an option to port the game later to portable devices? Is there already such a plan for Omerta?

What kind of education does your team have? What degrees (and if willing, from where?)? And, do the developers think that a degree in a game-making-specific program is worth while or a more broad degree like software engineering, 3D design, general art, etc.
Have you improved the game engine or are you still using The First Templar one ?

How does the multiplayer work? It's hard to imagine since it seems like only the combat is turn based.
Also is there a co-op multiplayer mode or is it planned? Is there diplomacy in the game? How will diplomacy affect multiplayer? Can you make allies with other players and non player organizations?

Is this game sort-of like Jagged Alliance in the sense of gameplay?
Will there be any real police inclusion such as trying to track down people for murders. As well as the ability to 'employ' the police, or otherwise skew their interference with your activities while playing?
Is the gameplay more influenced by realism or arcade fun?
