I know I am as a Halo fan.

First Look here(Tell me if the link doesn't work.) :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6UL63Zo-uo

I think 343 can as good as Bungie did! I'm excited for the new multiplayer maps and they're making them from scratch. Next the sound effects, I think they're decent, just not bad nor great.

What do you guys think?
Sorry, console shooters for kids with autoaim enabled are not for me.

"Omg, you are such an Asshole Kazanov, you are nothing but a troll and attention whore"

That's what the first reply to you would be like, if I was the one who made a post like yours

Anyway, to answer OP's question: No, I understand that some people might get a kick out of it but Halo never did anything for me personally

The attached image in my post was made during Halo 3's Launch, it was supposed to be satire and a joke

Little did we know that things were far more grim than we ever imagined...

Don't think I've played a Halo game since the first one on the PC. Never really got my juices flowing.

I don't get involved into fanboys' wars, I either like the game, or dislike it.

Have only played Halo 1 on PC, and even though the game was okay for a 7 year old kid to play, there was absolutely nothing special about it. Just an average shooter, and nothing more.

Hehehe, that cracked me up! For kavazov's information I have an Xbox, 6 computers , PS2, a Wii (don't laugh, it's for family.), some gameboys, and a few 3 DSes. Also I'm not one of those modders. I play legit with no mods or hacks.

I understand that and I appreciate your opinion but the multiplayer can fun so can the campaign in my opinion.

You aren't missing much, trust me

The first game was KIND OF fun and ok, nothing special but whatever: A Solid game

After that...things just went...well...you don't wanna know

Some people might say that Halo kickstarted this whole craze of Online shooters on Consoles, however I personally think it was Halo 2 with which all this nonsense an wankery started

The series was abused, milked dry and the plotlines became Cliffhanger after Cliffhanger

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I'm aware: Halo 3 was the first game in existence where more money was spent on Advertisements and Marketing than the development of the Actual game itself

I think that should speak for itself

Haha, okay Roman, I like ya, but that's actually a little bit funny for being true;)

I don't know if that's true about Halo 3 or not, but it has been true about a lot of games in recent memory and some have been quite good, some quite bad, I don't know why you'd take it as an automatic mark of low quality.

I actually plan to replay Anniversary Edition through Reach again (though maybe Reach on Easy as it wasn't played that long ago and the difficulty settings are stupid anyway, every enemy on Legendary is like a pitching machine with an endless bucket of grenades). Then I'll hop into Halo 4. I don't see anything coming out this fall that's worth a damn anyway, so I should have the time.

I actually think the Wii has some pretty good games...

I played the PC version of Halo 2, and it was absolutely horrible. Its auto-aim was about as bad as it was in Quake (if you did not turn off auto aim in Quake (which you by the way could not properly do in Halo 2!)), the controls just felt floaty and unnatural and the level design was clearly not made with a mouse in mind. It looked quite 3D but it played like it was a relatively flat game.

I do too but people these days...
Honestly, even compared to other overhyped console shooters, Halo was lame.

I'm more interested in the CoD than in Halo.

I've played 1+2 on the PC and while I was living in Ireland my house had an Xbox with CoD 4 and Halo 3 as shooters. I played 95% of the time CoD.

So nope, no interest in Halo 4.

And I think you are on the wrong forum to find people looking forwards to Halo 4.

While you're probably right about that, there still are a few of us lurking about, and even a few of those are brave enough to say so:)
Loved Halo.

Hated Halo 2.

Never played 3 or Reach but want to someday. It's not the best series ever and doesn't deserve the hype but it's fun stuff, especially in coop on a couch.

Plus one to that.
