I usually play the good guy or begin a game with the good side, because most of the games oblige you to choose the goods to understand the story of a game or because there is no evil side (mainly in strategy games).
But I love to play the Evil, specially when the game is based on an evil character (Dungeon Keeper (to whip Black Mistress), Overlord, Postal 2...)
In RPG, it's more complicated because few games allow you to play the true bastard without increase the difficulty to finish quests, talk to NPC or discover the world (Fallout 2 was great for that).

Oh, and I want to serve the Dark Goddess, hope she is desirable, naughty and loves to whip her minions !

Evil....No, not really...I usually play neutral, if it's possible. So i am evil when it suits my interests, but i can be good if that helps me. See Witcher 1, Fallout 1+2, New Vegas, Alpha Protocol. All great games for a neutral bastard. Playing pure good or pure evil, not that fun...

I am the nice guy. In every game, no matter how hard I try, I usually end up being the hero and doing the right, I cannot help it. Even KotoR was not able to bring the dark side up in me...

Definitely Infamous. In so many genres the people hate the hero and blame them for all their problems and you just have to grin and bear it. In Infamous you can lash out and work towards your own goals. One of my favorite things to do in Infamous 2 was to attack people holding a protest against me.

I always play as evil characters. From my experience, Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Vampire - Bloodlines, King Of Dragon Pass and Skyrim, let me unleash my dark side to a high level. Nothing beats Fallout 2 when it comes to options though. It is unfortunate that Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas were made to be more family friendly and politically correct. Those games had so much potential... Of course, even though I always play as evil characters, I will never harm monkeys and monkey like beings in games. Never. But I will kill them if they are trying to kill me(System Shock 2).

im in, my answer to your questions is yes to all questions except the one about which game, the answer to that is Overlord and your very last question i gotta answer with no :)

I love the Part in Vampire the Masquerade where you can taunt the stuttering thin blood before killing him. I wish someone would do a kickstarter to reboot that game.

I always choose the "good guy" path in my games, I promise myself I'll pick the evil, dark, mischievous way in a second playthrough, but I often notice I lack something when that happens...

The exception are those games which means for you to be the evil guy since the beginning (like the Dungeon Keeper or Overlord series), in such titles I enjoy a lot commiting wrongdoings right and left. Don't ask me why... or I'll send my minions after you! ;)

I think that topic comes from the Ancient Greeks. They thought the body was the reflection of the soul, so a wretched body or face pointed to an evil soul (or at least to a severe punishment from the gods). It was one of the reasons the newborns were searched for deformities and killed on a direct or indirect way if so. Though this practice hasn't survived, the idea remains in our time... and it's an useful resource when an author want his/her audience to know who is the evil guy since the beginning. ;)
