It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Sorry but the game forum seems asleep or dead. :P
I'm trying to redownload all the patches and nothing is happening when I use the links. I get a "download will begin after this advertisement" at which point the add runs and nothing. Thought it might be my anti-virus so I turned it off and nothing. Any ideas?
This?

All of them. I actually managed to find that one on another link but the others, High Res and Maps take me to that page you just sent me. After the video I get nothing.

No problem with downloading all patches here.
well shit! I was having such a good day too.
Worked fine for me too, did you try a different browser?

no and I'm not really keen on installing a different browser for 1 patch.
Is Arcanum's Side Quests stories really good? Which is the most notable ones you can recommend.

I have not even gripped the Basics of this game, but I already like the premise and the setting: A Medieval Fantasy progressed into a 19 century industrial age is the original thing I have ever seen, any other games/books/movies like it?
Damn, my bitching and moaning just got someone I like really pissed at me. :P I always promised myself I would never be that guy and here I am. Sorry about that.
Just make sure to follow the mod installation instructions in the Arcanum game forum. To make things simpler, here is my own list:

Fan patch (UAP091225)
HQ Townmaps
High res patch
Extra animations
HQ Music

I hope this helps a bit, even though the Terra Arcanum downloads don't seem to work for you right now.

I got everything I wanted but the HQ Township maps. I can't get that to download from anywhere. Everything else is peachy. I didn't bother with the extra animations and the HQ music because I usually turn the music off.

How about portable version? No need to install. ;)

You are a good friend sir but I'm fine. :D I only wish I hadn't made such a stink about it. The twisted thing is I'm not even playing Arcanum right now I just figured I'd work on redownloading stuff I lost with my HD crash because it was a slow day. I think I can live with messy maps.

You can get Townmaps here: http://www.terra-arcanum.com/downloads/arcanum/fixes/HQ_Townmaps.exe

Hopefully it won't be affected by download issues. I would also recommend additional animations, as the original game is somewhat limited in this.

As for turning music off in Arcanum: I HOPE THAT KERGHAN THE TERRIBLE RIPS YOUR...hmm...I'm sorry...it appears I was carried of a bit. I do apologise, however, the music in Arcanum ranks amongst some of the best the gaming world has seen...period. While the composer isn't all that well know, he is a contemporary of Mark Morgan and Jeremy Soule in talent and impact. The string quartet lends itself marvellously to the Steampunk setting and adds volumes to the already great atmosphere. By turning the music off, you are doing yourself a great disservice.

Thank you for listening to this PSA, brought to you by the Ben Houge Appreciation Society and funded by Terra Arcanum.

Thanks but that's the one I've been trying. As soon as the ad ends nothing happens, no download, nothing,

HANG ON!
It looks like Game Front may have a working link. We shall see.

and FYI, I actually wouldn't mind getting torn apart by Kerrigan. She is S-E-X-Y times infinity!
