I thought OpFlash and Original War were down to disputes between the publisher and the studio? But i don't have either game so I wasn't following closely.

So, the game is not at risk here because I have yet to purchase it, and am awaiting a sale! :o)

I just got an email from Gamersgate, and it seems their files are corrupt for Aquanox 2 and they are awaiting a new version to upload to their servers. Probably by next week.
The GOG version is not at risk.

I don't think so because GOG isn't legally allowed to sell the game anymore. Maybe if somebody bought it as a gift before they removed it and he never sent the code to anyone.

Hrmm, the team said they wanted to clear those legal issues out with ObsCure....

Yes, but when/if that happens anybody will be able to buy it normally like any other game. Right now there isn't anyway to buy it from GOG though.

I just bought this game on gamersgate sale and had this same error when trying to d/l the game, so I googled it and found this on gog.
Sigh, how the hell can they sell a game that isn't even known to d/l for over a month now?

Better question: why did you try to buy the game from GamersGate when it was already available on GOG?

If Interstate '76 is still here, then I don't foresee any games being removed from the catalog for being too buggy. Although, with all of the community fixes the game runs 99% for me, which is just fine.

2.97 vs 5.99, had I known I wouldn't actually be able to d/l and install it though...

Fair enough, but I didn't realize GOG's price is meant to include "the convenience of downloading". :)
