xxxIndyxxx: yeah have them. Didn't enjoy origins for some reason. Legends was a lot better.
There are also the recent ones on WiiU like Super Mario 3D World, Sonic: Lost World along with the upcoming Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze on the WiiU. On the PS3 there is Little Big Planet 1 & 2 which is a very easy going and fun platformer but you may have already played that as well. :)

Yeah, but the sequel is actually better with a ton of DLC still coming out now like the recent DC universe one. How did you find the Jak and Daxter series if you've played it as its available as an HD collection on PS3. Also the long running Ratchet and Clank series which also had the first 3 in an HD collection followed by another Future Trilogy on the PS3. :)
Well, there's crash bandicoot.

Yeah have them all and sly cooper (didn't like sly 2 though). Still not touching little big planet 2 ;)

Haha...I understand it is quite childish and looks designed to sell plush toys in someways but Media Molecule is a great studio and there recent game Tearwaway on the PS Vita is really good. I think I may have something which you haven't played (or I could be wrong like before) but there was a criminally overlooked platformer last year on the PS3 called Puppeteer

The Ratchet and Clank series is fun if you don't mind lots of shooting with your platforming.
Bomberman Hero is a fun platformer, it's not one of the best but it's easily available on the Wii VC(maybe not where you're from though, I'm only familiar with what's on the US store).

If you have a BC compatible Wii I'd definitely recommend Super Mario Sunshine. I'll assume you've played Galaxy 1-2 and 3D World but if you haven't check those out.

The PS1 Spyro games if you can get them on PSN.

Absolutely: Crash Bandicoot 2 !
(any Playstation version, or you can use emulators on PC)

I already own Dungeon Keeper, thanks ;)

Don't have a vita, Puppeteer doesn't look like my cup of tea. But I will look into it a bit more.

Just give it a chance though, you can download the demo for free on the PS3. The game didn't sell well because a lot of folks dismissed the game or were simply unaware but it is a unique and new take on the genre which deserves recognition. I am not the PR guy for this game but I just think innovation and evolution for a tired genre should be appreciated. :)
Good to see someone's into old school platformers these days.

I'm backing people who suggested Croc, Spyro and Crash Bandicoot.

And here are few suggestions of mine:
PlayStarion:
Skullmonkeys (best platformer of all time in my opinion)
Medievil
Tomba

SMD2 (Genesis):
Boogerman
Alladin
Desert Demolition
Mickey Mania
Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Treasure

PC:
Bugs Bunny Lost In Time
Jazz Jackrabbit

I already have Dungeon Keeper, but if you're serious about that low tier GOG game, count me in.
I'm just glad to suggest some good games I came across.

BranjoHello: PC:
Bugs Bunny Lost In Time
Man, I really loved this game as a kid and played it a lot on PSOne, didn't know it was on PC as well. Bugs Bunny is my favorite Looney Tunes character this game was as good as it got for Bugs. Its good to know that I wasn't the only one that appreciated this great game. :)

I will look into Bugs Bunny Lost in Time and Skullmonkeys. I'm serious about the giveaway. I will check out the ones that i find interesting. I might buy all the interesting ones and try them out (15 minutes each) and pick a winner. Don't know exactly how I will do it. But i should have a winner during the coming weekend. Games that are hard to come buy (like only on places like ebay might be difficult but they can still win if by looking at youtube it's looks like it will be the one I will have most fun with). It's all very subjective, but i will be honest so that's something ;)

I also played that first on PSOne, but later got it for PC. Bugs is my favorite cartoon character in general and since you love him as well I can tell you there's only one game starring him that's better than Lost in Time.
It's Bugs Bunny Rabbit Rampage for Super Nintendo.
Keep it coming people. Don't be afraid to mention games that are not digitally available. Sure it's less chance i'll find it fast but I plan on going to a store this afternoon that still sells some ps1 or n64 games so i might get Lucky ;D
