Runehamster: Can't run it. Rooshandark, I'm not faulting you for trying, but it's unlikely you're going to find anyone willing to enter into a $40 transaction with someone they don't know on 'teh internets'. Just feels kinda creepy and awkward, and potentially an expensive mistake.
It's happened here about a hundred times before. People tend to trust each other here. Weird, huh? :P

Ehh, you misconstrue my intent. I wasn't saying Rooshandark was going to gyp anyone, just that a lot of people avoid this sort of thing on principle. And no, I'm not aware of anyone ever having a problem on GOG, the community here's too awesome.

I think the fact that you're asking $40 for a game commonly sold now for £5 might have something to do with people's disinterest.

I mean, hell, if someone was that interested in the game I could buy it on Play.com for them for a fiver and just email them the code for Steam activation.

Suffice to say I think you might want to lower your asking price to something more realistic.

He's asking for a 9.99 GOG. I didn't know the game was only 5 dollars at some places, though, but I don't think he's asking for full price.

Yeah, but you've got competition now. I'm offering it for a fiver plus paypal fees. Let's call it £6. So one $9.99 GOG would be a lot more competitive now, don't you think?

If you wanted more then you should have sold it sooner. You know how these things depreciate.

My apologies, I read it too fast. I think I can pick up the physical XBox 360 version for under 20 these days, so yeah, 39.96 seems a bit steep.
