It does?

I tested some of these discs earlier this month and they wouldn't run without the CD in the drive.

So far downloaded and installed WC3 and the expansion and they run great.
Still downloading D2 thou.

does wc3 keep the aspect ratio? last time i installed it the image was always stretched.

Yes, but I don't think that you can install without all the disks. Plus, if you go onto the Blizzard site, you can apparently just copy a file across to make it install. I know the disk is around here somewhere, given that I don't play online this is in some ways more convenient at the momen.

Well my game plays well on 1280x1024 and its normal, no stretched or something.
No problems at all. They just made a new patch for widescreens.
