Could you drop them a note, that their recent grand scheme of filtering spam bots basically IP-banned one of the oldest Moscow Internet providers, and there's no way in hell any of the affected users will be able to report it, because the entire range of dynamic IPs is blocked?
I mean, I'm already used to getting "your IP has been blocked" from the websites I've never visited before, but RD got this crazy text "in crayon" about me being naughty and doing something to their system, that it regrets the next morning. Then it shuts the door and pretends it's not home by giving me 503 errors.

Yeah, I know, that BAN RUSSIA is the world's number one spam prevention method.

Use a decent US proxy is all I can say at this point.

I believe I used this site for my proxy needs:

http://proxy-list.org/en/index.php

Just don't use PayPal or anything of the sort while riding a proxy... Bad things happen...

Considering that Russia is right next to China you get a case of "CLOSE ENOUGH!".
