I've ordered NHL 09 on Origin, since it's on sale.

My bank account was charged immediately, but origin order status is still "sent" and the game is not on my account (yet).

It's just two hours after my order was sent, but I am already nervous. I've never had such problems with origin account.

Any tips? (except for "contact EA support", because it will take 24 hours to respond to my ticket). Did you have such order status? How fast it was resolved?
I know it may sound dumb but did you hit "update game list"?
and sometimes it helps to log out from Origin and log in again... this helped me every time.
Yup. All my recently purchased games (the same day) are present, except for NHL 09.

It's the last day of origin sale, so I'm kinda nervous if they roll back my order...

IT appears like origin hasn't acknowledged the fact the payment is already processed...

Order status is "sent" and not "completed"

Don't they have this "live chat" thingy?

They changed it recently. Live chat is avaible only for newer games. I've checked, there's no option to go to live chat and ask about NHL 09....
It appears that there is Live chat, actually. But only if you have your Origin client language set to English

I've contacted with some Indian dude, and he told me to wait several hours until they process my order... And he assured me that my order won't be lost...

Oh, they started outsourcing support too?
Well, his name was Shashank :P And he called me "his friend" :P

It actually seems to depend on what time of day you contact support I tend to do it after 5pm GMT you either get UK or US people then :P
I experienced the same thing with Battleforge (including points and cards), but when I took a closer look at the e-mail I received from them it had a download link for that particular game. Had I known that it would not be available from the Origin client I probably would not have bought it.

Yeah, and now they can't do "anything" basically. The quality of support since outsourcing again (they used to do that a few years ago too) has become utter shite compared to what it was a few months ago.
The problem is, I haven't received confirmation email yet.

But Indian dude told me not to worry. :P Well, if I get back from work, and the game still won't be on my account, I'll contact them again.

But the time at work will be rather stressful, I hoped to play some NHL in the evening!

No more free DLC codes as an apology? :(

No more nothing. They won't even escalate to people who can do anything. It's rather annoying when you show them evidence that only a few days ago one of their co-workers did X for Y, yet the continue to claim that it is impossible to the same thing for you under the similar circumstances.
Well, that was an issue even before, maybe less frequently, but for example

many polish customers had problems with Dragon Age Ultimate Edition (DLCs not showin up). And I for example, and my friend, managed to convience the guy from support to provide us exclusive preorder DLCs (some items) too, but some other people didn't.

It depends with who you're talking to. Maybe if you're talking to an Indian guy, you have no chances at all to make some deal. (because they are too scared to loose their jobs?)

And it appears I shouldn't rely on his words telling me that everything is ok and I just need to wait?
