It says "buy this movie and receive a voucher code for this additional movie and digital comics pack" it does not say "receive the code in 3 - 5 business days" or "eventually" or "when we feel like sending it to you". They certainly had no problem instantly charging my credit card or instantly sending me a receipt or instantly allowing me to download the first movie. In a battle of wits, you really shouldn't show up unarmed so, once again, PLEASE shut the fuck up, you are only embarrassing yourself.

Well this just gets better. I decide to call Sony again about this, since I don't believe what the tech last night told me in the least. After waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes (my cell phone bill is going to suck this month), they tell me I need to call back on Monday and talk to a "specialist" to get this resolved. WTF, almost a week just to get a simple instant message sent to my account!? And what's up with not having any of these so-called "specialists" working on a weekend in the middle PSN's worst crisis ever? They also still have not responded to either of the e-mails I have sent them, though the second one is still within their "24-48 hours" response time window, so I can forgive than one for now.
