Broken? as it it say that it have been used or something like that?
The reason as to why the codes are not working is because they are strictly using the price as a check. In other words if your code is for a 5.99 game then it wont work because the games are for 2.99 right now.
There are two ways to solve this:
1) talk to support with the following information: Where (what competition) you won the code at, The code itself, The name of the game, Your GoG e-mail. Your GoG username.
You can also mail:users@gog.com
2) Wait until after the x-mas sales (more info: The codes will still work after).
