So i'm currently really getting into adventure/point-and-click games thanks to GOG, but i was wondering if anyone knew good new ones.

I was looking at this one.

Only requirment i can think of is that it's DRM free. Exception is Steam, though i'd prefer completely DRM free games/stores.

Thanks for any suggestions! :)
Check your PM . :)
I can't recommend To The Moon enough - simply a fantastic story, although the puzzles in the game are pretty easy to solve.

What are the requirements in your book for a game being 'new'? GOG probably has quite a few released after 2005 you haven't looked into yet.

It depends what king of Adventure games you are after, comedy, SF, thriler ?

For comedy you have the Deponia games (the first two of the trilogy are sold here), personally I think it's probably the closest you can find of a Monkey Island successor (and yes I know of the Teltalle version). Relatively easy but not insultingly easy like a lot of the recent ones.

For comedy you also have the two books of unwritten tales (also sold here), never played them so I don't know what they are worth but they usually got good review from member of this forum.

For more serious SFish plot you have Resonance or Primordia, relatively easy, they also have low resolution graphics and lower production value (they are indies) if that's something that matters to you.

There are of course others but that's the one I can think of for now.
Gray Matter is $2.50 on Gamersgate. Hurry, buy it before the offer ends!

Okay, i should have went into a little more detail. I am new to adventure games so it's not hard to list them all. Here are all the ones i own/are currently playing/have finished:

On GOG (Mostly from the end of the world sale):

The Blackwell Bundle
Gemini Rue
Resonance
Sam & Max Seasons 1-3
Tales of Monkey Island
Back to the future
Wallace and Gromit
Machinarium
Botanicula
To the Moon

Elsewhere:

Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller (thanks a ton to ne_zavarj !!)

Also, i wish i could change the title. They don't have to be recent, it's just that i've tried finding some of the classics like the original Monkey Island games but i can't find them anywhere, except for the remakes of the first 2, and then i'm not sure how good those remakes are.

I've been looking at the Daedalic games as well. As for what i'm looking for, Comedy, serious, it's all fine.

Add Primordia in that list, you will love it.

Grey Matter on Gamersgate is the one that springs to mind for me as being recent and actually good, cheap as chips at the moment.
Full Throttle is older than the hills but I think it might be floating around somewhere as freeware (no not pirated but actual freeware) provided you pick up the latest ScummVR to run it.

Honestly the last point/click-esk game I ever avidly played was Tass Times in Tone Town. Thanks to this thread I think I'll give the genre another spin. Thank You
Anyone know what the release schedule is for Cognition, it looks interesing, but I hate waiting for episodic releases.
