Aquaria, if you got the Humble Bundle with Android 6 bundle. (I can't seem to find another way to buy the android version...)
Rayman:Jungle Run. Best mobile(iOS\Android) game ever. Period.

MobiusArcher: Oh yea, I forgot that Out Of This World is on android. Its not for everyone, but If you think you might like it, its half the price on Android. I don't know how it controls on Android though.
I just recently tried that on my ASUS tablet (probably got it as part of some Humble Bundle Android), and I had hard time figuring out the controls. It seems to offer two ways:

1. Some kind of obscure swipe/touch controls.

2. Virtual "buttons" on the screen which you press.

Both felt quite clumsy that I didn't want to try to play it anymore. Other than that, it looked fine, similar to the PC remake.

niniendowarrior: I'm presuming that's the general idea. There's probably more steps to it than that. Did you check GemRB documentation?

Zacron: The documentation for the android leaves something to be desired, unfortunately. I am waiting for the Enhanced Edition, because I just can't get it running properly on my tablet.
Exactly, the website speaks to people like you have created a game mod before. Probably, because it is mostly for the linux overlords and not stupid android users, like me. They have like 4 or 5 games supported, you would think they would have 4 or 5 config files ready for download. But NO here are the steps:

1. Copy one of the GemRB.cfg samples and rename it to <game_name>.cfg . You can name configuration files arbitrarily, but this way makes the most sense if you'll be running multiple games.
2. Edit GemRB.cfg. The only two things that always need to be changed is the path to the game's data files (GamePath, CDx) and the desired game (GameType). It is crucial you get this right.
Setting the paths can be tricky, so carefully read the errors that gemrb prints to the output before exiting.

I do believe that it works with controllers as well, but it really is unfortunate that the game does not have better touchscreen controls. It is a classic game that I hold dear to my heart, but just doesn't work on Android... Yet.

And jjsimp, I can get it to boot into the game, but the controls don't seem to want to work for me.
Kingdom Rush - It's a tower defense game that does just about everything right. Four basic towers that can be upgraded multiple levels, a moveable 'hero' type character, "challenge" versions of each level, and an upgrade system. It felt a bit short but I've spent many hours playing it and only paid about $1-2 so it was well worth it.

What controllers? I didn't realize there are such for Android devices, unless you mean some integrated controllers on some Sony-Ericsson "gaming smartphones"?

I don't recall if I tried whether the game supports the ASUS tablet keyboard, that would have made it instantly that much more playable. But I think it is quite rare Android games support the ASUS keyboard.
Any bluetooth gamepad will connect to Android. I personally have a Red Samurai one and I love it, but pretty much all will work. You can also use an XBox 360 controller if you have the proper cables.

I'm copying my bg2 directory over BT (forgot cable and sd card adapter at home) and going to try again. I have a BT Mouse (also at home) and I had no problems using it with my Transformer Prime with the demo. Noticed with touch input I couldn't right click which you need to move around, but BT Mouse everything worked.

Did you change any settings in the config files or just a straight copy to the gemrb directory on your android device?

I don't remember if I changed any settings, as it has been awhile, but I too have a Prime, and a Wireless USB mouse, so I will have to try that... but one major thing I could not get working was touch controls, that is a big deal for me... I want Imoen to go where I tap, you know?

BUT... since you have a prime, let me know what works for you, and maybe share your config file? I should be able to copy it exactly from yours since they are the same device... if you don't mind?

It'll be awhile, it is slow going transfering over BT. 64kb/sec for almost 5gb, but I got nothing better to do at work.

That's fine with me. I'm at work as well. And hey, I have another question. My Prime will charge, but my PC will not recognize that it is plugged into USB, got any ideas how to fix that?

Probably something to do with the drivers on your laptop. Go into device manager, and there should be a Transform device or an unknown in there. Are you running 7, 8, or XP? I'm running 7 64bit and it found the drivers automatically and installed them. Not sure if XP has the same auto drivers load, but 8 should.
I am using 7 Pro, and it does not even recognize that it is plugged in. I have tried on multiple machines, with multiple reboots of both devices.

Went back home for lunch and picked up my cable and mouse.

Anyways, look in device manager under the portable devices...it should show up there.

If not, you should have a yellow exclamation mark somewhere in device manager, that's probably it. Safe to right-click, click uninstall, and reboot. It should find it after that.

Attached is what mine looks like in Device Manager

Oh wait a minute there was one more step. On your android device, go into settings, under device there is the storage settings click on that...and select media device (Mtp). It should pop up in windows 7.
