No worries, we can't all know about everything, you probably know alot about stuff we might not.
It's very most likely just a false positive, maybe in a crack that was used.
I am using eset myself so i can't guide you to where the settings are.
Though if i may suggest an antivirus program usually just focus on virus, malware/spyware/trojans is usually a different case and its advisable to get a program too specifically designed for that like

JMGothard: oh yeah, by the way silviucc. It tells me to restart to resolve the problems that it found. Some of them it says it already fixed. whatever that means.
It probably put it in quarantine and then it needs a reboot. If it is indeed a file that the game need it might not run the game or crash eventually.
