[rant]I exclusively use GOG.com for my digital downloads and, while this may seem like a silly thing to do, I realized it works for me. I don't use Steam because it was crammed into my physical copy of Mafia II, it just seemed so obtrusive and unwanted. Sort of like GFWL on my physical copy of Fallout 3 and Origin on The Sims 3. I usually play my games offline while I'm at work (no 'net access there), so most DRM tends to be unhelpful. I didn't care for the client and, while I have nothing personally against Steam, I have an issue with having a massive catalogue at my fingertips. I'm an impulse buyer when comes to games and I do it all the time here, but since GOG's catalogue is smaller, I can buy stuff I'll play and not just collect games for the sake of collecting them. I know it sounds like fanboy-ism, but I sincerely prefer just shopping here over anywhere else. I just get upset at people ripping on GOG because it's not Steam/Origin/whatever because it works for me and I'm quite happy with the place I found.[/rant]
