It's very unlikely. It seems that Blizzard doesn't care about its older gamer anymore. [\quote]
I wouldn't say that. After all, they're still supporting (and making patches) for Diablo II, which is a 10 year old game

And to think that a few weeks ago, I had a dream in which that Betrayal at Krondor was available on GOG (as far as I know, it's published by Sierra). Maybe my dream will become true.
Now, I wonder who owns the rights of Sir-Tech and Gremlin Interactive.

Excellent news. I've already got Arcanum and Gabriel Knight 1 and 3, so nothing new for me unfortunately, but it leaves the door open to GK 2 and a wide range of other great games!

Wha...?
Absolutely amazing news! I'm not surprised that not many people guessed this.
Because it's Activision, can't believen they joined GOG, I think I just restored some respect for them. (but only a tiny bit so far)
Seeing as Fox Interactive got swallowed by Activision,
I'll die if GOG will put up Monolith's No One Lives Forever 1&2(especially the first one) and Aliens vs Predator 2. (but I'll get them before I die, certainly)

POLE7645: Now, I wonder who owns the rights of Sir-Tech (...)

That's another unexplained blind spot in GOG's catalog.
Sir-Tech publisher Realms of Arkania and developed Jagged Alliance, both of which we have... and yet - there's still no sign of Wizardry 0_o.
For everyone expecting to see Blood Omen here. I'm afraid you will have to wait until Eidos/Square-Enix is aboard. They own the franchise and I doubt we will see BO1 without their permission.

Sirtech is bankrupt. I don't know who bought them. According to some of the sourced interviews on Sirotek's Zoominfo page, he owns the "brand names" for Wizardry and Jagged Alliance. I don't know if this means he owns the rights to prior content as well. I doubt it.
I know Wiz 8 was (re?) published by Encore which is owned by Navarre. Also, I know SirTech had a bizarre exclusive distribution setup with Gamestop/EB/Babbage's in NA which may have resulted in partial ownership of the item.

Man I can't WAIT for some classic Sierra point-and-click adventures. Imagine playing Leisure Suit Larry again? Hahaha. Or King's Quest ... man. Great job on sealing the deal GOG!
Sweet deal GoG. And now am off to play Arcanum ;) woot woot.
I will be doing a "Blind" Let's Play of "Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura" on youtube starting this weekend. I will only be using the info provided in the manual as my guide. If you are interested hit up my Y.T. channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/NxCmp .. Thanks and enjoy!
NOTE: If you have any tips for a first time player of this game let me know and please no spoilers.

I don't know what to believe anymore.
I'm very happy Activision is joining Gog.com for it's older game catalog.
I own the originals versions of these games but bought them from gog.com, since there nice drm free, and don't have to do the hassle of trying to make them work in Xp/Vista.
I agree these two 5 star classic games.

soulgrindr: Speaking of big publisher deals, whatever happened to Ubisoft? We got an initial flurry of games, and nothing since. They have loads of cool old games that could go up on here...

antifood: After the initial batch, we received two new Heroes games and the M&M Collection.

And Silent Hunter..Driver 4..
