You can "like" them. In every GOGmix, under the number of votes, you have a green button to Like.

You can click on the "I like it" button next to the title of the GOGmix to upvote it. I don't think you can do anything else. At this point, GOGmixes seem to be a legacy site feature that is barely used anymore, so there's not much point in rating them I guess...
