wow, this shit has gotten bad; I can't buy anything without being "offered" some crap bundle for a crap MMO, typically browser based.

WTF happened to getting stacking credits towards a grab bag of the years best?

... shit, at the least make it for a MMO that isn't complete dog shit.
I don't know about you, but I got some damn good deals. i got hotline miami and two copies of spec ops: the line for 2.70 each. I'm just pissed that I missed out on that awesome scribblenauts deal.
It doesnt stack. Not this year nor last year as i recall
I think Sogi-Ya is talking about the free stuff Amazon has given with each purchase for some f2p MMOs you can buy stuff for through Amazon. I got them with all my purchases but haven't even bothered looking at them. I just used my two $5 credits and was happy enough with that.

Yeah, it's the AirMech and Adventure Quest promos he's complaining about. As I actually have an AirMech account, I appreciated the free bonus offer since it was for free, it simply took me 2 minutes to redeem it.

I don't know if I'd call AirMech a MMO, it's definitely an online competitive game, but so is League of Legends. Anyway, you get multiple emails for these for every purchase, which does get to be a bit much, but the promos aren't that bad of deals.
I got stuff for, what, Rappelz and Fiesta Online, I think, myself.

Oh THOSE things. Yeah comes with every promo credit.Airmech is ok...
yeah, those two ... I bought a copy of Tera (on sale for $5 *shrug* I'm doing the "discovery" mode ATM and it's ok, at the least it will get me "premium" status when the game goes F2P) and got an offer for both, seems like any time I buy something off of Amazon I get these offers even if I'm not buying something MMO related.

I guess I wouldn't be so annoyed except that it's obviously a gimmick to try to get people into the games and half the time you could find the exact same pack as a give away on MMORPG.com but with no "$9.99 value!" BS.

I think the stacking credits was two years ago; for every holiday sale promo game you bought you got $5 you could use on a selection of "best sellers" of the prior year ... the credits stacked because they wanted people to buy a shit load of sale games and the selection of applicable games after the 1st was really damn good.
