They are also marking up to 75% off most if not all their indie games (sale isnt just the launch bundles)
Pain checking each game see whether they are Steam/Desura/Drm free/other drm (these last ones r a pain).
No Steam AND drm free together for any game as far as i can see.

Only bundles which interest me atm at the ones with Stealth Deluxe Bastard (notice DLC is $1.50 separately).
Other games Bleeding Pixels, Syder Arcade, Cell HD Emergence (Desura one!) & Ravenburgers Puzzle (doesnt list what if any drm for me).And yes i have most of the other games they have in bundles from other bundles already.....

I'm not really sure if the bundles with Cell HD Emergence include Desura keys. There's a product listing on Amazon for the game with Desura listed as the DRM, but for some reason the bundles don't have the Desura version listed in them.. so I may have been wrong about that, really weird.

I'm most likely only getting the Mars War Logs bundle if it gets approved.. the rest of the bundles aren't very good.

HUGE list of games 0.O Amazon is really starting to expand their online ventures huh? Amazing Amazon.

Haven't played the second one, but the first FAR exceeded my expectations. One of the few HPL-inspired horror games that actually relies on atmosphere and implied horror rather than buckets of gore and monster-spamming.

Just a heads up. Amazon gives you those 3 free games by giving you credit. Since those games are also on discount, you can get more than one copy of each. To be precise, you can get 3 copies of Huntsman and 4 copies of Nordic Cove. It's a good deal for Huntsman since that'll be a steam code. However, the other two are regular downloads, so multiple copies are kind of pointless.

I suggested this bundle on CAG, and Tony has sent it over for approval. If you're interested in these games.. wait for the bundle ;)

The main issue I see with indie games on distribution stores, is quality control. No one wants to talk about it, but I think it's a huge issue. Of course when it comes to games there's a certain amount of opinion, but there's currently a HUGE amount of "indie" titles which are of poor quality, and try to hide that poor quality behind an "indie" facade and art-style.

The one thing that could kill the indie scene is exactly what caused the 1983 video game crash, a market completely flooded with crappy games that makes consumers lose confidence in the "indie" brand entirely, and think of it all indie games as low-quality shovelware by untalented devs looking to make a quick buck.

Amazon would do well to maintain a strict level of quality control on indie games too.
