There was a great glitch in WoW: Wrath of the Lich King that emerged a month or so after launch. If you were standing on a boat and did a death grip on someone standing on the shore (like the old Scorpion "Get over here" move) you sent the player you were fighting on an 8 minute flight literally through the world until you ending up on a ghost ship deep under some mountains... was very weird.

TheCheese33: Remember the days when you were a little kid playing with your Hot Wheels but never actually bothered to build a track for them, instead driving them up and down the walls and furniture, creating bizzare situations with your brother where he would ram you into a bookcase, only to have you bounce right back and smash him into a door, where he would do the same and come flying towards you again, repeating in a neverending cycle until one of you got a hankering for some Kool-Aid, smacked the other's car down and barreled into the kitchen?
Either I had one strange childhood or that's nostalgia gold for a movie.

I've never been sure if this was an intentional thing to make it funny and infuriating or if they just messed up a decimal point somewhere in their physics calculations. The survival mode had some spectacular crashes because of it though

I'm definitely going to buy that game now!#Q&_^Q&Q#LINK:10#Q&_^Q&Q#

Never seen either of those. Made of pure win.

Did you just break GOG?

Someone did...
[EDIT] Aw, man! Even better/worse.
Suddenly, this thread should be named "Amazing GOG Glitches" ;-)

All this talk of glitches is clearly producing some kind of nexus of fail.

I think it started here, with the broken quote, or something. And then it escalated when the same quote was quoted again.

phanboy4 made a broken quote, causing the "post edited..." text and the thread footer to shift, michaellung quoted the broken quote, causing his "attachments..." text and the thread footer to shift a bit more and also causing the following posts to shift.
... I think
wonder what happens if it's quoted a few more times...

Golly, let's find out.

...I think we just found out... :-/
Thief III had some pretty amazing glitches.
In one you could get the Radiant AI to go completely haywire. The guards would run around town slaughtering everything in sight. As filler characters in the game respawn periodically, the bodies would soon be stacking right up ...
Whoa, something is broken is this thread. How hysterically ironic!
