I found Star Trek Fleet Command: Orion Pirates, sitting on a dumpster behind the supermarket in an alleyway. It had everything in top shape, the giant box that we all miss, the manual, the disk, everything. I was like... lol cool, and took it home. That was a cool game.

Hahaha nice that is the best sort of find...

Last week I got Sword of the Stars Ultimate and Drakensang for only SGD10 (~USD7), from a 2nd hand seller over at another forum - very nice guy. They came complete with boxes and manuals. USD7 for an excellent strategy game and a pretty good RPG - my best deal ever.

Probably doesn't qualify, but I found these:
Swat 4 Gold Edition for $7.98.
Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield for $5.98.
Fate for 7 dara.
And *Drumrolls*....Icewind Dale 2 in mint packaging for $4.98!
I was tempted to buy the Police Quest series for 8 dollars, but chose to wait once we get the 20% off sale.

Crysis for $5 in a local store, something around 6 months ago. I was even able to get a 10% discount on that price! :lol:

Hm, a few weeks ago I found an old computer magazine with the official full version of Trackmania United for like 15 reais, which is somewhat equivalent to like 8 or 9 dollars!
Great find for me! I got two copies of it, one for me, the other for my brother (so we could play together online).
And to think that I had lost hope of finding it (I called the editor and they ran out of prints on this magazine). There is still one copy there to be sold, by the way. Amazing game, Amazing find! To think that Steam charges 40 bucks for it!
Also, I bought along with it the same magazine (but a different edition) with Age of Empire's Collectors Edition, which has AoE1 + Expansion and AoE2 + Expansion for the same price as the Trackmania one.

I bought the same box for around $5 in a local store two years ago. My dad's favorite game. :)

Way of the Samurai 3 for PS3 for 30 bucks. The game is RARE, according to some stories less than 100,000 were made PERIOD. Also, great game.

I also get most of my findings on digital downloads through various outlets. But I did get a great odd find on the local Clas Ohlsson shop, a Swedish shop that sells a variety of stuff but games is probably their smallest market. But I digress, I found Baldur's Gate 2 plus the expansion on DVD for 10 bucks. Just the week before I had been looking online on Swedish sites and it was more expensive so I had decided not to buy it.

Then you must be in a state that was lucky enough to have them shipped to you. Stories around here is that this state got less than a 1000
