Hello,

I live in a country were people do not own CC (germany) (and no i am not going to get me one). The only alternative gog.com offers is paypal, which I won't use anymore either, due to terrible experiences in the past and overall bad support.

GoG, please implement alternative payment options like moneybookers/skrill.

Thanks.

Really? I've been using a Czech debit Visa here without any problems. There are many German users around, they'll know more.

There is a big difference in debit cards and debit visa cards in germany. We don't have those bundled.

The only way is to either get a very expensive debit visa card (about 25€ / year), or getting a usual CC Card, which is sometimes free at several banks.

Hmmm I'm suprised that doesn't break an EU banking law tbh

The one that requires bank cards to be usable outside of their nation state for example many stores in the UK wouldn't accept them without some confirmable carrier (visa mastercard etc). EU banking laws are incredibly strict which is why in the EU paypal is a bank and when they sieze EU peoples accounts (like notch's) they face huge fines for notch they had to pay his interest into the account for the amount of time it was held

I was a bit surprised when I found out that you may be right ...For the first time I see polish customer is treated better than old EU customers :-D
So my friends – come to Poland, look for a BZ WBK bank and buy yourself an unpersonalized, 2 years valid prepaid debit VISA for one-time EUR 3 :-) (just kidding I guess transferring money from Germany to Poland would eat those EUR 25 pretty fast)
