Yes!
I am quite excited. I went in and looked at my Alice big box and got excited to play that again too, though I bet it is quite clunky now.
I'm definitely interested...the first game was a lot of fun, and visually/thematically really well done.
But I am made a bit nervous by American Mcgee's other games. I'll keep an eye out for it, though.
I really liked Alice (though it could have been better) and I'm looking forward to this, but the screenshots make me think it's going to use shitty Devil May Cry-style camera and controls. I hate that trash.
No American McGee involvement? That seems quite wrong to me.
EDIT -Ack! NVM, he is involved, they just took his name off the title.

I really want to play the first one, it's pain in the ass to find though. I hope it gets re-released with this new sequel.
I never played Alice, but I really enjoyed his Scrapland. I keep hoping they'll show up here eventually.....
This lady needs to floss...
EDIT: Also, Spicy Horse is the worst developer name ever. Especially when you're trying to release a dark and moody game.

Given the subsequent games to bear his name, that's a good marketing move by EA there.

They should call it "Tim Schafer's Alice: Madness Returns". Turn Schafer's name into the next Tom Clancy.
Looking forward to this one, the screenshots look great. I just hope they manage to improve the gameplay over the 1st one.
American McGee's Alice had some great level design and visuals but the poor AI, uninspired combat, the fact that most weapons were useless and that all weapons shared the same ammunition prevented it from becoming a truly great game. Still, I enjoyed it enough to complete it twice, so I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Maybe EA don't want to risk him becoming the next American McGee. Brutal Legend was poorly marketed and sold. Console RTS.... I mean, seriously now?!
Why put someone's name next to the title. I dont think it adds anything to the game or the person. John Romero's Daikatana. :D
What the hell does Tim Schafer have to do with this game?

In a word: ego. There's so much of it in the games industry that sometimes there's no room for anything else.

He's the tea lady. He also does funny little dances in a tutu to keep the team entertained.
