This thread is for AiV level ups, considering it mandatory at this point to do your level ups through this thread in order to help me keep detailed records on the characters. This is as much for my benefit as for your own, to ensure things work smoothly. So I want you to clear any new skills/spells, subclasses and stats through me.

The basic skills/spells have been modified to the maximum extent that they will ever be. Therefore, I'm allowing you to change skills/spells for those. In the future, there will certainly be modifications but they will be less drastic. So once you pick them up here again, that's what you have. Even if they are slightly downgraded in the future, that's what you have.

Spells/skills available upon level 3 haven't been tested YET. So they might still be changed drastically in which case you would be able to change those again when the opportunity presents itself.

Characters that currently have 1 level to gain:

Characters that have 2 levels to gain:

Blue Team

Sly Cooper, Rogue. Controlled by: Dr. Zli. Moving from lvl 1 to 3.

So if you're ready to gain the level, let me know and we'll do that here.

I am ready to gain a level.

I can't seem to find the level 2 skills. I click on a link that says "List of Level 2 skills here" and I get taken to a list of level 3 skills.

Apologies. Any listing of "level 2 skills" is an error. Right now, there are only the basic level 1 skills and level 3 skills. So, the only skills available to you right now are the ones from the level 1 list. I should figure out a way to word this so it's less awkward sounding.

As a level 2 character, you have gained 10 skill points and 10 stat points. Unused skill points and stat points carry over, so if you have some left over, they can still be used next time. This will often be the case, since balance requires it - it is done so warriors and rogues cannot become exponentially more powerful than mages with regards to their attack and HP.

So, for each class, skills and stats cost different things:

As a Rogue becoming level two you have 10 skill points which can be spent this way:

1 *use* of a Level 1 Rogue skill: 3 (Max of 4 uses per skill)

So, at this point, you can add up to three level 1 skill USES, which would leave you with 1 skill point remaining. If you want, you can spend less of those points right now and leave them to carry over until next time. That's up to you.

Note: you pick 1 *use* at a time. So, let's say you're going to use 9 points to buy three more uses. You can pick 1 use from 3 different skills, or you could pick 3 uses of one skill (to a maximum of 4), or you can pick 2 uses from 1 skill and 1 from another. Hope that makes sense...

As a Rogue becoming level two you have 10 stat points which can be spent this way:

1 attack: 6 pts.
3 HP: 4 pts.

So you could gain 1 point of attack and 3 HP (total: 10) or you could gain 6 HP (8 pts.) and leave two extra stat points for next time or 1 attack point (6), leaving you four extra stat points for next time. Any combination equal to or less than 10, with extra points carrying over.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Otherwise, let me know what you want and I'll make sure your character is changed.
Do I use up any skill points if I wish to gain a new level 1 skill i.e. Hide in Shadow?
I'm ready to lvl up aswell.
Btw, how are we going to play next time? We got 9 players atm, and the only sensible choice is 2 teams at once.
Sorry, but I'm going to be very busy today.
It's my wife's birthday.
I plan to get to this tomorrow evening.

JudasIscariot: Do I use up any skill points if I wish to gain a new level 1 skill i.e. Hide in Shadow?
The same as you would to gain any use of a Level 1 skill. You pay 3 points for each new use, no matter if you have the skill now or not.

For example, right now you don't have Hide in Shadow. You could pay 9 points to get 3 uses of it.

Or, you could pay 6 points to gain 2 uses of Pilfer Potions (bringing you to the maximum of 4) and 3 points to gain 1 use of Hide in Shadows. That would be 9 points also.

Or, you could pay 6 points to gain 2 more uses of Coat in Poison, giving you the maximum of 4 uses for that skill. You would then have 4 points left, which you might use 3 points to get 1 new use of Hide in Shadow. That would mean you spent 9 also, leaving you 1 point left over for next time.

Hope that makes sense. If not, let me know...

Alright.

I'll take the 3 uses for Hide in Shadow, then.

And I'll spend 6 stat points for 1 Attack and 4 points for 3 HP.

One question I had, before I left for the weekend the gloves were for all damage types, now they're melee only and I saw you were going to add a set for ranged damage? (Named archery bracers?) Will they be the same price and in the game before our next battle? Otherwise here's my level up abilities.

That looks right. (Which uses did you take for level 1, since you're new as a rogue?)
