I used to watch Adam back in the TechTV days. When Morgan was a web researcher for The ScreenSavers. I think X-Play was best in Kate Bottello's day. Authentic. When Kate left, Morgan didn't seem to have a clue about gaming. But Adam held the show till Morgan developed her skills. I think she got good. I watched her "grow up". From quiet girl hidden in the corner of the set, sitting in front of a PC. To getting some camera time then short segments of her own. And filling in for co-hosts on other shows. Being shy and awkward at first. But developing camera confidence, presence, and personality the more air time she got. Enough to co-host a popular show with a legendary host.
If not for the G4 takeover, I'd probably still be watching. The vibe and the content of X-Play and The ScreenSavers changed drastically. The channel wide content was targeted to just the young male demographic (14+). But Adam was good enough that I watched for a time. But just couldn't hang with the program changes. If he were to do his own show, web or cable, I think the content and quality of the show would be very different that G4's X-Play. And would do very well. He's created a brand name for himself. He IS Adam Sessler.
