Nice offer. Caesar 3 was actually on my "buy when paycheck arrives" list, and as atonement for not paying full price for it, picking up Call to Power 2 with it will do nicely.
eh... a suprisingly lackluster deal, (at least for me it is)...
But at least it'll save me a bit of money I guess.
(I suppose its a good thing to, as I did buy Recettear and Darksiders(on 360) this week..)

lukaszthegreat: DONE!
Hit me again with new promo!

Here you go!
Eh, Strategy just ain't my cup of tea.
already own both but for anyone who enjoys civ type games then you will be pleased. I actually prefer call to power over ceaser 3 but it is the exploration part i love in those games.
I've just got Civ 4 Complete Retail and Caesar 4 is easy to find for gog-cheap if I become interested, so it's hard to make the decision to buy the games just to be in the pool of possible winners of a free game.
But it's an interesting promo anyway.

i also have both CivIV and Retail Caesar IV
but I do find C3 better. Somehow bigger and more fun than fourth version.
Call to Power is a bit different from what i hear. And it has lots of fun techs and cities on water and sky and so on.
9 bucks. Barely a drink and quarter in a bar. Worthy it.
I didn't get an email about this weekend deal, I usually do, did anyone get one?

Good to know about C3 and 4, but my main problem still is time and an excess of games. I have too many games and too little time to play them.
I barelly played half of my GOG catalogue and I still have a hole lote of other games to play.
Both these games are very time demanding also. That makes it even more hard to take the jump.
It really is less about the money and more about games and time to game.

My promo emails tend to arrive randomly at some point over the weekend. I never get one on the day it actually starts.
Hail Caesar!
Ah strategy (games) and a cup of tea. That's something I really like.
Rewriting history is one of the finer things in life.
Call to power ain't Sid Meier's Civilization but another take on the Civilization formula seems interesting.
Just get that mod.
When Caesar III came out, I for some reason thought it looked too much like Age of Empires. (Caesar II was a game I really enjoyed, it was my first strategy game.) '
But now I'm ready for it. Just some 10+ years after.
Plebs are needed!
I love CTP I/II. Sure, it's nowhere near as good as Civ. But it has two things Civ doesn't have: orbital drop ships and thought control. And that alone makes the game pretty badass... :D

Bought the pack. Thanks alot GoG!
Talking about Activision, any chance for Bloodlines in near future?
Nice little promo, two famous strategy series.
Add my vote for the remaining titles from the City Building series and the Civilization series, they really deserve to be on GOG. That also includes Call to Power 1.
CivCity: Rome would also be welcomed even if unrelated, I personally never owned it.
And why there isn't an official news post or e-mail on that paypal promo? How most people will notice the subtlety of that banner?
