How long does it take for user account administrator to reply or take care of user account issue?
I have not received reply for about 5 days after I send an email (and have sent out 2 more email since then).

For example, my password is no long work and my account have wrong email. So I can't reset password because wrong email address. it need for administrator to make correction. It is not for this userid that I am replying you in forum. it for my other userid account which was my first one.
You can't expect a reply over the weekend so you've got a few more days waiting. As for the issue itself, given that it's a delicate security issue it's no surprise that they're not just handing the account over to you. Why can't you access your old email account?
Something is not adding up here . . . two accounts? Password not working?
I am reminded of the rash of spamming we had a few weeks ago.

Doesn't sound right to me. Unless you verify it's you I doubt you'll get the account back. I wouldn't expect a response until Monday at the earliest. By the way using a fake e-mail for a legitimate site is not a good way to do business. Assuming it's your account ;)
Let me see if I get this. You forgot your password and when you made the account you put your email wrong. When you bought a game, did you get the email receipt?
This definitely sounds like a fishy scenario to me. If I were the site admin, I would probably file this one in the "potential account scam" pile and go deal with more immediate and legitimate sounding problems first.
Sounds very scammy to me. You want the password changed on an account and you don't have access to the e-mail associated with that account. If I was on the other end of that support request I probably wouldn't even give you the time of day unless you indicated you had some other way of confirming you were actually the person associated with the account.
You location says "United States", but your grammar/syntax says "country with high ratio of 419 perps".

I did not forgot password, I only try again one hour later and found it did not work, so I have it to reset but it refuse because it does not accept my email. So I check my browse cache to check what email address I input. So I found out I input wrong email address when I register. I have bought games and now I can't get it.

I am really from United State. English is my weak subject.

Because it does not accept my password. I can't get to reset because it contains wrong email address. I did not double check it after I register.

I am not scamming. Since I can't access first one, so I create second one and this time I make sure I input correct email address.

I have a sinking feeling that you should let a friend or family member who understands basic english sentence forming to write that support request. One look at that mess and the support staff will get a new mail under *re:how to spot a scammer - here's a new example
Wait, doesn't GOG send a confirmation email? So how could your email have been mistyped? If it is then your other account must be empty anyway. In which case just stick with your new one.

You should contact GOG support directly to cancel the account and get your game purchases moved to the account with the correct email address.

This guy's pretty obviously not telling the truth here. I don't see any scenario in which you're going to have games on an account created with an unconfirmed email address.
