Hi guys,

my name is sonuyos, and i have registered using my email id gmail.com (as far as i remember) and also linked Witcher 2 Game in it via my steam backjup key but wen i try to login it doesnt let me, also my key is already in use the site says along with my username,

i cannot reissue my pass as it asks for email wich either i forgot or somethin is wrong with GOG database, what should i do?

I registered on 18th march or before as i downloaded few files of the server and i have the download record too

Contact support, they should sort it out.

Contact Support: http://www.gog.com/support/contact, select "Problems with website and user accounts," and fill out the brief form with all the relevant info. They'll get it straightened out right quick. Also, you should probably remove your email from your first post, not the best to post that where the whole world can see it.

Take your e-mail off before you get flooded with spam, and contact support .
I would suggest not posting your email address in forums, it's not a good practice because of all the bots and spiders.
And yes, support should be able to help you better than the people on the forum.

It's saturday. They don't work weekends. Also, it's Pentecost this weekend. I don't know about Poland, but here Pentecost Monday is a national holiday, so they might not get around to it until Tuesday.

You'll probably have to wait another two days for a reply (weekend).

Little tip for the future: Have a handwritten list with all your accounts (not only mail) and passwords ;) You'll never forget an account again AND you can easily use different passwords everywhere you register (improves security in case any service gets hacked).

By "Mailed them" you mean you sent through the "Contact Us" link, not an e-mail, right? And did you get an automatic mail that your ticket was received?
