Fellow GOGlodytes,

Recently our weekly giveaways that we've loved so much have been put on hold for various personal reasons of the kind donors. However we as a group feel that it is important that there is a regular event that just brightens a person's day. So in honour of our absent, and much regarded, weekly gifters, a group you may now know as "The Sigil" have decided to hold a weekly giveaway for all to enter.

A simple throw your hat in, a $10 game of your choice if you win.

Sachys has kindly agreed to manage this process, and ensure that the winners get their codes. It may take a bit longer than with the other giveaways simply to co-ordinate it.

I am in as usual, thanks, +1 and congratulations to the winner of the previous giveaway.

Only body modification I would ever want is a black beard, just like the one Billy Mays had. Other than that, stuff like tattoos and plastic surgery just isn't my kind of thing.

I am not into body modification (earrings, tattoos etc..), but sometimes I wish i had an adamantine skeleton and some retracable claws. :)

Count me in again, thanks to The Sigil!

Body modifications? I don't mind the aesthetic ones (though I prefer to have none on myself, just for personal taste: I don't even wear rings or non-pocket watches, so permanent changes are outright excluded), but I think that in the medical field they are already an invaluable asset. Just think about the pacemaker! I'm also sure -maybe that's the cyperpunk fan in me talking- that cybernetics could play a fundmanetal role in the future, for better or worse, maybe even reshaping human nature itself. Of course, decades will have to pass before anyone can see something tangible in that way...

I've never done any body modification. My sister has a large number of earrings and studs, it just looks odd to me. But I'm not the type to tell others what they should or shouldn't do, if anyone wants to do it I say go for it!

I'm in, thanks.

- plastic surgery --> useful for bad situations (accidents,illnesses,etc), but to be avoided just for aesthetics.
- tattoes --> some are good too look, but I'd never want a fixed art piece on my body forever. (Boring!)
- piercings --> sexy on some girls. But males.. I'd never do one.

- cybernetics --> so cool in theory, but I don't dare imagine the surgery or the early bad technology!
Think, then, about the social, philosophical and economical problems! (and property DRMs lol?)

I'd like so much to be able to control my PCs with a mind device XD
