Sachys: A whole hour and not a single entry... weird shit!
Please refrain from bumping the thread, Sachys :P Did I translate that correctly? I'm not a chimpologist, just an amateur chimp enthusiast.

Anyway, please count me in.

My lesser known favourite is Stunts. Super awesome sandbox arcade driving to the maaaaaaxxxxx!!!!
Good thing I already got an avatar for this. Here, have a hamburger.
A magician's hat's throw on to the stage!

I'm in! :D

Hm.. Not sure if it counts, but I was thinking along the lines of text adventure games, which tend to be lesser known, but specifically in the vein of "Choice of games", where different choices you choose lead to different results within and how the game ends, multiple-choice format using a unique engine.

I´m in as well !

My favourite lesser known game is King of the Dragon Pass, as it may be more known these days, however, when it came out on retail back in 1999, it sold well only on the US and Finland. It has a great mixture of micromanagement aspects with "choose-your-own-story" choices. In general, it is a very unique game with gameplay mechanics seldom enountered in other games, and it also has a great soundtrack !
Thanks for your generosity, The Sigil and Sachys! Please, count me in.

Though well known at the time, I wonder how many people remember the old Cinemaware titles like Defender of the Crown and S.D.I.. ;)
Count me in, thank you.
Yo, I'm in chimpules.

So, my favourite lesser known game, has to go right back to when I had an Atari 65XE. There was a game called Colony, it was one of the first building games, mixed with a kind of tower defense element. For 1987 it was absolutely revolutionary.
Count me in. I'm not thinking of any real lesser known games Is it because I know about them that I do not believe they are lesser known?

Edit: All of a sudden I am hungry, hmm...cake!

I think its maybe because you're thinking about cake!
In, again...And many thanks

And here is one lesser known game from the Arcade era ( my first contact with it was on an arcade machine ):

http://www.mobygames.com/game/sunset-riders/screenshots

Sunset Raiders is one of the rare games in an western setting and it was politically incorrect as it could be. It was Wayne's movies translated into an arcade machine, with good guys, bad guys, indians presented as desperados, prostitutes and all that jazz that the old western movies had. None the less, it was a highly entertaining game, especially played with other friends ( the arcade machines with were in two flavors: for 2 players or for 4 players ). Was a fun game, but i doubt there are many remembering this one.
Count me in.

Thanks.
I'm in, Thanks and +1!

As for the lesser known game, I think this one is not that known and it's one of my favorites. Darkest of Days
