Okaaaay well I suppose there's finally a way to tell who's are the worst. Now all we need is some form of analysis to show who does the silent ones
And they get to call themselves scientists? Cool. I'm going to become a scientist with my thesis on the addictiveness of Black Isle RPGs. Any willing test subjects?

Easily done, just work in the field of psychology. :)
And seeing as I own all but Planescape, I'll be your test subject. :) I even remember waiting at the mall for EB to get my preorder of Baldur's Gate in. The Fedex guy was REALLY late, something like 7:00pm before he got there. Getting home, installing it, and playing all night... ahh those were the days. I should preorder Dragon's age and take the next day off of work and do that again. ^_^
Wow, you don't have planescape? You're missing the pinnacle of the genre, thats like having every star wars movie other than Empire Strikes Back...

Due to an unfortunate time in my life while living in Texas, I more or less have had to re-buy all of my video games from before that point. I've picked up retail copies of the 4-in-1 Baldur's Gate pack and the Icewind collection, but Planescape still eludes me.
I just can't bring myself to pay what they're asking for it on ebay. My frugal side kicks in.
If they ever released it again either retail or on GOG for a reasonable price ($20 USD or less) I'd buy it again in a heart beat, but until then I can't see myself paying 80-100 used on EBay for it. :(

True that. I was lucky to find it on... another digital distribution site that... gave it away as an introductory offer. Yeah, that's it. But seriously though, if they do start selling it again, it's sold!

Odd I typed this out but it didn't post. Well here we go again.
Due to an unfortunate time of my life while living in Texas, I've had to rebuy pretty much all of my video games from before that point. I've managed to pickup the 4-in-1 Baldur's Gate pack, and the Icewind Dale Collection, but Planescape still eludes me.
My frugal side kicks in and won't let me pay the 80-100 USD people are asking for a "USED" copy on EBay.
If it ever gets re-released either in retail or on GOG for a reasonable price ($20 USD or so) I'll pick it up in a heart beat, but until then... :(

Okay, great! All I need to know now is your age, gender, nation of birth, number of hours played per week and cheese preference.

31 as of last week, Male, US, I'd say at least 6, and either a high quality brie or smoked gouda. :)

Maybe try Navagon's method then if you find it to buy, you can do so, if only to reward the generosity of them for the free introductory giveaway

Excellent. Thank you for your cooperation. Now all I need is a couple more people and this will begin to look somewhat scientific.

Which site was it you found it on? If you don't mind me asking. Thanks.
Kind of against the terms of service to post those sort of links

Hmm, well mine is male, australia, 20+, either strong parmasen or camembert (ideally on jatz with thin sliced pepperoni)
Also: Damnit! Typo in the title...

Hmm... how can I put this? There may be those among the GOG staff who would object to me pointing you in the direction of a site that undercuts GOGs own prices by about $6 - 10. Thus, my respect for GOG forbids me from doing so.

Great! I can almost smell the science.
Oh no, wait...
