Sorry, and this might sound a bit silly, but how do people sit in front of their PCs to play games? I mean sitting on a desk and playing with a mouse and keyboard. It feels extra stationary because there's a desk imposing on me from the front, and my butt is starting to hurt. I'd like to play a game, but I'm getting tired after just twenty mins of sitting. What do :c

No, my way is better, i.e. playing PC games on a couch with a controller.

Or simply a chair, he really shouldn't be sitting on his desk.

I guess it takes some getting used to if you're used to a controller. The keyboard and mouse set up works for me since it's comfortable and works great most of the time (except with certain games that pretty much have a god awful keyboard setup *cough*Skullgirls Beta*cough*). What's your posture when sitting down in front of one? Are you leaning forward or is your back to the back of the chair? I think changing your posture to something that feels more comfortable would help (I guess). Well there's your problem. Get a chair

I'm playing on a crouch, with my keyboard and my mouse. Just have the keyboard between my knee and my stomach, get a support for the mouse. My computer is on the floor.

And before I played on the desk, if you find a good sit, you don't have any problems !

i actually started off raising my desk and alternating between sitting and standing, but when i play with a controller i slough / lay / prop myself up with cushions and that is my preferred way (takes an age to get the cushions right so im correctly supported ) but i still shuffle at times and sometimes even stand *shrugs*

honestly with a keyboard and mouse, its all about the correct height. do you remember when you learned to type / use a mouse it hurt like hell until you shifted your position? its the same thing - but it is usually k/b and mouse height that is the problem. a lumber supporting rack thingy-ma-jig will help maintain correct posture and stop you slouching (as much - ive been known to slouch with one *shakes head*!

I'm playing on the bed, now. It gets annoying because the mouse loses accuracy when going over the... wrinkles? of the sheet, though.

What shouldn't bother you is the fact that you are playing on a bed but rather the fact that I'm UNDER the bed! :O

But that doesn't bother me. If anything, I find it amusing.

And for the record, I'm playin on a bed over a bed. Yo dawg.
