My favourite RPG of all time is Planescape: Torment. I've got three copies: I bought the jewelcase some years ago, the DVD when the game got republished, and finally the GOG version. I've also gifted it (on GOG) to numerous people and will probably continue to do so until I'm dead, broke or out of friends who don't own the game. Whenever someone asks why I've given the game to them, I answer "because it's the best game of all time".

Thank you and wpegg for this giveaway. I would say that my favourite rpg game is Gothic II. I love the characters, the environments, everything looks great on it. It's like an open book for me.
I've felt the same with other games, like Torment or Arcanum, but Gothic has to be my personal favourite.

I'd say for me the "best" rpg is baldurs gate 2. Its just so thorough and does everything reallly well (combat, story, quest design, item design). Buuuut, my personal favorite is vampire: bloodlines... even though its more flawed than BG2, I love it for all the potential it shows.

As I haven't played many RPG's, i'll say Fallout 3.

there's just... so much to do! Plus the weapons system is awsome too..

Thanks for the giveaway =)

So many great experiences with RPGs it's always painful to pick a favourite, but if I have to choose one it would be Morrowind, for that awesome world and the freedom you have to interact with it.

I believed in Vvardenfell, and I really cared about what happened there. Even after hundreds of hours I still wanted to explore further and absorb more lore.

I actually feel like I had another life there for a while, and I can't think of higher praise for an RPG than that.

It's Planescape: Torment :) It has great settings, great characters and great story.
Unfortunately, I do not own a copy of the game, so I'm in and thanks :)

Oh man kicking myself for missing the Planescape: Torment sale.

My favorite is RPG either Xenoblade Chronicles, or Tales of Symphonia. I had tons of fun playing with my siblings in ToS.

My favorite RPG is Deus Ex Human Revolution. I love this kind of gameplay and level design which allow players to choose the way they want to result. Also, I love FPS so the shooter part of the game was very good for me and the RPG part tell me a beautiful story.

I don't play a lot of RPG, Deus Ex and Deus Ex Human Revolution, Mass Effect (only the first right now), Final Fantasy VII and VIII, EYE Divine Cybermancy, Borderlands (I've to complete this game) and Oblivion (I've to complete this one too). But when I think the game is good, I complete the game!

Also, my favorite RPG of all time is Baldur's Gate 2. I've replayed it once a year since I got it. I adore everything about it.
