Ok, so will there be some kind of registering for the giveaway game or do we just say we're in?

EDIT: Actually, if people are about, please feel free to PM me to officially register any time from now, I'll start generating the assignments (obviously you won't be sent them until the start time).

wpegg: The idea actually sprung up in the last day of the original run of ninja giveaways. I was giving away a copy of the witcher 2, and there were 12 people lined up to play. I suggested I just give each of them a letter then post the other 4, and let them sort it out amongst themselves. Pavel suggested it would be chaos, I liked that idea. Now we've done 4 of them, the rules have been tinkered with each time.
Thanks for the reply wpegg good to know how it all started seems only logical that the ninja thread was the root of what this giveaway has become. It does remind of the time when I was kid and there was new supermarket chain opening up soon and they advertised that there will be a lot of free stuff on the first day. Our family also went not because we wanted free stuff but just to see the chaos that transpires and sure enough as soon as the doors opened a lot of families ran inside and immediately made a bee line towards the beverages section. There they climbed over counters to grab whole cartons of soda and juices as well as anything they could get there hands on. It was really funny for me to see grown men act worse then children.

Every year this happens in BST. The first time I got it wrong, and all the non europeans were pissed off, next year I was careful, and all the europeans were pissed off. This year I repeatedly stressed GMT, to no avail.

Guys, I'm putting the spreadsheet together, so please send me your registration PM so that I can put you in the list.
