Ralackk: Mondo means bizarre. Now if thats a good or bad thing for a publisher I guess we will find out in the coming weeks.
That's strange; my dictionary says it can mean "enormous"/"huge" *or* "extremely unconventional"/"bizarre". It can also be an adverb ("very"/"exceedingly"/"extremely"). Amusingly, its use in English seems to have resulted from a translation error:
Etymology
After 1966 movie Mondo Bizarro (literally "Bizarre World" but interpreted as "very bizarre"), where mondo is from the 1961 Italian movie Mondo Cane (A Dog's World) and reinterpreted as an intensifier.

To be honest it could be either but you guys are probably right, a large publisher would make more sense then a bizarre one. I also didn't know it meant big/huge.

I wonder if "Running around like a maniac" is a hint?

http://www.mondogames.com/? Somehow, I don't think that's it ;-)
If it is, there's really only one thing it could be hinting at... And I'm not getting my hopes up for that... Again.

Navagon: Both EA and Lucasarts have recently spread their wings in the DD domain. Both have substantial back catalogues of classics, many of which are in the top ten most wished for. Both have recently taken an interest in reviving their back catalogues. Both have been targeted by GOGers to try and make them notice GOG.
I'd say that both seem almost equally likely. But with EA's money troubles they might be the more likely as they'd be the most keen to start actually making money again. It's a close call though.

Yeah, and i guess they both fit the 'mondo' thing.
I'm hoping it's Lucas...
Whoever it is i wonder if this will be up and running before/around Christmas...

I'm leaning towards preferring EA simply because of the vast number of sweet, sweet titles in their back catalogue. The replay value of adventure games is also a factor.
As for time frame, they're saying weeks. So I'd imagine that this will be announced at least a week or two before Christmas.

I bet quite a few Christmas bonuses will find their way to gog if it really turns out to be one of those two.
"..a few more weeks...". That does point to before Christmas. Unless it's in Valve time, in which case i think it points to November 18, 2014 or something ;)

Then it would just be labelled as 'tentatively indefinitely postponed'.
Have Valve even released anything new on Portal 2 or Episode 3? Not that I really know why I'm asking as the answer's obviously no.

Would you believe i often forget there's an EP3 in the making ? But i can see how that one is taking such a long time, lots of loose ends to tie up in just one episode.
