Mikee: Anyway, you’ll judge by yourself, VERY soon:)

Andy_Panthro: Woooooo!
Not just one announcement... but THREE?
And all soon!
I get the feeling my bank account might be drained in a few months time.

I think he meant that may be one would be soon, but all three will be spread out up to the first quarter of 2010.

Mikee: three big announcements till the end of Q1 2010:)))

I can't decide what I like the most, the 3 announcements or the 3 smiles that they cause. :)
I'm betting one of the announcements is tomorrow. If it's not, I hold Mikee accountable.
Bear in mind that things such as this can take a while to get sorted out due to legal hurdles even if all parties are doing their best to have everything finalised as soon as possible. That's why GOG only gives the vaguest of hints that an announcement might be due rather than making a formal announcement of the announcement's date of arrival (unlike a certain other gaming company I can think of...)
This is going to be some ironic thing isn't it? A game I've wanted for years will finally show up but then my poor little netbook will have no hope in hell of running it
I can't wait for the 3 announcements.
It looks like gog might be giving us a nice holiday season.

Well, one soon other two within 4 months time (by the end of Q1 2010). Maybe GOG gets ATARI's, Lucasarts' or EA's back catalog (or all three as there's going to be three announcements :P).
Mark my words: Save money NOW.

That would supply GOG with 3 years of releases easily. And then Activision. =P

Bear in mind that one of those three announcements could be the move out of "beta" status.
Absolutely. 3 big announcements doesn't necessarily mean 3 new publishers to the catalog.
I reckon one of them might be the site update that has been rumored for a while now.

I'm excited about these 3 announcements/reveals/whatever you wish to call them.
Hopefully there will be at least 1 announcement by the end of calendar 2009 (which is actually fiscal Q1 2010. Confusing, eh?).

Mikee: Reason is simple, we work now on three big announcements till the end of Q1 2010:)))

Are we talking FISCAL Q1 (which we're in now) or CALENDAR Q1 (which starts 1/1/2010), Mikee?
The reason I ask is if it's fiscal Q1, we'll probably still have at least 1, if not more, of these 3 announcements by the end of Calendar 2009.

I thought fiscal Q1 started in April? (as far as inland revenue in the UK anyway).
Perhaps there's a difference between the US and Europe.

He said "nearest weeks or even days", remember? :-)
