One of my favourite evil moments was in Dungeon Keeper 2 mission 19 where you have to capture the 3 princes and convert them through torture. Overall very enjoyable mission.

One of my favourite evil moments comes from a "Blair Witch Volume 2: The Legend of Coffin Rock" cutscene in which the little possessed child is performing some kind of dark ritual involving a circle of alive disemboweled men while one of them is yelling: "Oh god, look at my innards! They dragged em out of me!
To be honest I always found it pretty funny.

My favorite evil stuff is from Dungeon Keeper 2 when my sexy dark mistress torture poor once-bold knights and then I transfer them to prison until they become skeletons for my army. Both pleasurable and efficient. ;)
