Would you want to have a game made about you? If yes what kind of game would it be? What would the story/gameplay be like? And if not what kind of medium would you rather be immortalised in (literature, cinema etc.).

It would be a game that would look EXACTLY as my life, with a slight difference of having limitless money on my bank account, with a 'realistic possibility' of transfering any ammount of money to my real-life account.

I'd like a game about me. It would be a complete fabrication of what I actually did, so it would be a shooter where I would be immortal, kill evil communists, shoot rocket-propelled grenades at the Khmer Rouge, and nuke North Korea.
And it would have kittens.

My life is pretty dull really. Go to work, administrate PCs, fix vandalism, teach people how to use various apps, lock the building and go home.
Now, if I could control the minds of cephalopods and go on a quest for galactic domination in my giant tree ship (of doom, of course) armarda, taking over worlds and making the occasional trade for some quick cash...

They have a game like that already. I think it's called Sins of a Solar Empire.
Well, at least the bit about galactic domination, taking over worlds, and making trades anyway.

Mine would be an every day person adventure game with the added difficulty of coping with loneliness and depression, probably through some symbolic combat mini-game where you have to defeat your darker nature or spiral out of control and LOSE POINTS!
As an added bonus, it'd contain lots of porn, heavy metal, sci-fi and computer games so you'd have great visuals, cool effects, heaps of mini-games (imagine Fallout as a minigame!) and a shit-hot soundtrack!
It would, however, have one seemingly n00b friendly feature, the inability to die* because one of the few things I'm 100% about is that suicide is NOT for me. Unlike that billy wuss
*I suppose you could get me run over by a bus but that'd be a lame way to die, I prefer something megalomaniacal with explosions and evil cackling

Its ironic that a lot of those ideas you guys have here sound much better than premise put behind a lot of retail games out there.
