Braussie: I'd answer "O.J. Simpson" but it appears Thespian already has.

Desura is a lot like an indie version of steam. After downloaded, I believe most of the games I've played can be run without Desura running. I haven't played many, so I can't promise it for all.

Edit: I was referencing the executable from the game directory to run it.
Thespian* took it.


This is still to claim though.
