ZYZKryten: Just thought it would be a good way to use the codes instead of letting them go to waste.
There are also some unredeemed bundle gift codes all above the average.
Now, this is just the legal side, not the moral side, so make of it what you will.
(Also, complete gift bundles codes are not a problem)
But if you take a Indie bundle, those are "the whole package". You cannot give away the steam/desura keys and the DRM free copy to multiple people.
Steam keys are not an extra license. Let me quote the Indie Royale faq:
Indie Royale bundles are strictly for personal use only.
Sharing Steam keys because you already own a game in the bundle is not allowed. The same applies for Desura keys.
If your friend wants a bundle you should gift them or they can purchase it themselves.
Same goes for just about every bundle.
Because of the legal framework licenses fall under, you cannot obtain a license "on good faith". You usually can also not "buy and trade" licenses like eg. physical goods. (It's a bit more complicated with gift codes, but those are generally "tradebale") That means every game redeemed from such a code is effectively legally the same as one gotten of the piratebay.
Again, that is the legal side. If you pay 35$ for an indie royale bundle I will be the last to call you out on giving some codes away. But be aware about the legal implications.
I don't want to be the spoilsport, but the indie royale people might get pissed of this widespread practice and might just revoke all the Steam keys unless you can confirm that you bought the bundle (which they can legally do). If it was a gift, not much of a problem. But with trades it really gets into iffy territory.
